AN ACT CONCERNING THE REIMBURSEMENT RATE FOR THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT AT SHEPAUG VALLEY SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision (4) of subsection (a) of section 10-286 of the general statutes or any regulation adopted by the State Board of Education or the Department of Administrative Services concerning the reimbursement rate for the construction of regional agricultural science and technology education centers, Region 12 may use ninety-five per cent as the reimbursement rate for the school building project at Shepaug Valley School.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an exception to the school building project reimbursement rate for the regional agricultural science and technology education center at Shepaug Valley School in Region 12.
