AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR TIDAL WETLANDS REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection with greater enforcement authority over tidal wetlands regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To give the state greater enforcement authority for regulations affecting tidal wetlands.
