28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Consumer Protection, in consultation with the Commissioners of Public Health and Energy and Environmental Protection, to adopt regulations to develop trade training, safety and certification standards for the spray foam insulation industry with accredited American Chemistry Council and Center for the Polyurethanes Industry approved training facilities. | |
