AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM REVIEW AND INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE CONCERNING THE USE OF CABIN RENTAL FEES FROM STATE PARKS AND REQUIRING AN ASSESSMENT OF PARK RESOURCES AND REQUIRED STAFFING LEVELS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement the recommendations of the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee concerning the use of a portion of cabin fee rentals to fund maintenance and repair projects at such parks and to require an assessment of state park resources and staffing needs at each park.
Statement of Purpose:
To implement certain recommendations concerning the fiscal viability of the state's parks.
