AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT TRANSIT SITE IN NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the conveyance of the Connecticut Transit site, located at 470 James Street in New Haven, in order to enable the site to be eligible for remediation and eventually cleaned up.
Statement of Purpose:
To enable the Connecticut Transit site in New Haven to be eligible for the same remediation programs as other similarly situated sites.
