AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT TRANSIT SITE IN NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental protection shall facilitate any requisite conveyance of the Connecticut Transit site, located at 470 James Street in New Haven, in order to enable such site to be eligible for remediation.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

To enable the remediation of the Connecticut Transit site located at 470 James Street in New Haven.
