AN ACT CREATING A BOTTLE RECYCLING PROGRAM FOR BARS AND RESTAURANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a bottle recycling program for bars and restaurants that rewards such entities for helping to assure that bottles from their establishments are recycled.
Statement of Purpose:
To reward bars and restaurants for properly recycling bottles and for helping to maintain a clean environment.
