AN ACT MAKING MINOR REVISIONS TO PROVISIONS OF THE GENERAL STATUTES CONCERNING KENNEL SERVICES ADVERTISEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (2) of subsection (a) of section 22-344 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any person who advertises kennel services shall be required to include to their license number in such advertisement.
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify that the requirement to include a license number in a kennel services advertisement applies to any person who is advertising such services and not just any licensed commercial kennel.
