AN ACT REQUIRING REPORTS ON BOND PREMIUM AMOUNTS AND ADDITIONAL PAID INTEREST.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 3-20 of the general statutes be amended to require the State Treasurer to report the amount of any bond premiums and any additional interest paid as a result of such bond premiums arising out of any general obligation or special tax obligation bond issuance within thirty days of each bond issuance.
Statement of Purpose:
