AN ACT ALLOWING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO HOST ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR TASTINGS AND RECEIVE DONATIONS OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to allow a nonprofit organization that is exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or any subsequent corresponding internal revenue code of the United States, as from time to time amended, to host alcoholic liquor tasting events and receive donations of alcoholic liquor.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow nonprofit entities to host alcoholic liquor tasting events and receive donations of alcoholic liquor.
