2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require the Office of Higher Education to establish procedures and forms that enable a person classified as an in-state student for tuition purposes pursuant to subdivision (9) of section 10a-29, or who meets equivalent requirements adopted by said office, to apply for and participate in all student aid programs administered by this state.
