2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Social Services to provide low-income parents with the opportunity to attend a parenting course that replicates a model featured in the July 21, 2014, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences for improving health outcomes for children.
