AN ACT CONCERNING WAGE EXECUTION PROCEDURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 52-361a of the general statutes be amended to simplify the process by which wages are executed in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the complexity of certain wage executions in the state.
