AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS AND WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prevent certain individuals from receiving workers' compensation benefits unless such individuals currently possess workers' compensation insurance.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit certain individuals from receiving workers' compensation benefits unless they currently have workers' compensation insurance.
