2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to prohibit an employer from counting an employee's workers' compensation-related absence concurrently with family and medical leave and to require that the worker's job be retained while they are absent due to a workers' compensation-related injury.
