AN ACT CONCERNING REGIONAL STRATEGIES FOR ADDRESSING HOMELESSNESS AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ISSUES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a plan to address homelessness and behavioral health issues regionally.
Statement of Purpose:
To regionalize local efforts to address homelessness and behavioral health issues.
