AN ACT CONCERNING STATE GOALS FOR EMPLOYING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17a-211 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Developmental Services, in consultation with the Office of Policy and Management, to develop a long-term strategy for increased employment opportunities at state agencies for persons with disabilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase employment opportunities for persons with disabilities at state agencies.
