28 | 28 | That section 19a-179 of the general statutes be amended to allow emergency medical technicians who are certified by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and certified as an emergency medical technician in a state near Connecticut to work and volunteer in the state without having a certificate issued by the Commissioner of Public Health. | |
