3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3232 That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to establish a program that allows a person with disabilities or a family member of such person to deposit funds into an account to be used for such person's disability-related expenses and under which such funds are not considered taxable income for purposes of the state income tax.
