AN ACT CONCERNING ACCEPTANCE OF QUALIFIED HEALTH PLANS PURCHASED THROUGH THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require more health care providers to accept qualified health plans purchased through the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the difficulty individuals who purchased qualified health plans through the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange are having finding health care providers to accept the plans.
