AN ACT PROHIBITING TRANSFERS FROM THE SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permanently prohibit any transfers from the amounts in the Special Transportation Fund.
Statement of Purpose:
To lock the Special Transportation Fund.
