2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 13b-103 of the general statutes be amended to add the requirements that applicants for a permit to provide livery service submit information on the applicant's financial stability and undergo a national and state criminal history records check, and to delete the requirement for a finding of public convenience and necessity.
