AN ACT BANNING SMOKING ON PLATFORMS AT RAIL STATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-342 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit smoking on platforms at rail stations.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve public health by banning smoking on platforms at rail stations.
