26 | 26 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to require an additional seven hundred million dollars be added to the 2016-2017 biennial budget to fully fund the education cost-sharing grant, with such funds to come from raising income tax rates on individuals earning more than two hundred fifty thousand dollars annually and couples earning more than four hundred thousand dollars annually, to allow municipalities to forego planned property tax increases and provide true property tax reform. | |
