AN ACT PROHIBITING CERTAIN MONTHLY DEBIT CARD CHARGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 3-65c of the general statutes be amended to prohibit monthly service fees, dormancy fees and nonuse fees from being charged to the holder of a debit card.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit certain monthly fees from being charged to debit card holders.
