2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to (1) extend enterprise zone benefits to any business located in or planning to locate in a municipality with a population greater than one hundred thousand that hires previously unemployed residents of those cities, and (2) offer ten years of property and corporate tax exemptions to such businesses.
