| 28 | 28 | That section 10-76d of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to continue to provide funding for special education and related services for a child who is receiving special education and related services while enrolled in a preschool program and whose parents or guardians choose to withhold enrolling such child in kindergarten and enroll such child in a preschool program for an additional year, provided such parents or guardians can show legitimate cause for withholding such child from kindergarten. | |
