AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF STUDENT PRIVACY RIGHTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to provide increased privacy protection when a student at school uses an education program that is online or an Internet-based application.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the privacy of student information.
