2424 AN ACT CONCERNING REDUCTIONS TO THE MINIMUM BUDGET REQUIREMENT FOR TOWNS THAT ACHIEVE EFFICIENCIES AND LOWER COSTS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That subsection (d) of section 10-262i of the general statutes be amended to allow any district that realizes new and documentable savings through increased intradistrict efficiencies approved by the Commissioner of Education to reduce such district's budgeted appropriation for education in an amount equal to the savings experienced as a result of such intradistrict efficiencies.
