AN ACT ELIMINATING UNFUNDED EDUCATION MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to repeal all unfunded education mandates.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate unfunded education mandates.
