2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 10-264l of the general statutes be amended to repeal the exception that permits the Commissioner of Education to award an interdistrict magnet school grant if an interdistrict magnet school program is not in compliance with the enrollment requirement regarding the percentage of pupils of racial minorities, as defined in section 10-226a of the general statutes, if such program is in compliance with the provisions of the 2013 stipulation and order for Milo Sheff, et al. v. William A. O'Neill, et al.
