AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR THE P20 WIN COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an oversight board for the P20 WIN Council that is responsible for ensuring that all student information collected by the P20 WIN Council is used appropriately.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an oversight board for the P20 WIN Council.
