AN ACT PROHIBITING ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION COMPANIES FROM CHARGING RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS COMMERCIAL RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit electric distribution companies from charging residential customers commercial rates based on three months of high electric usage.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit electric distribution companies from charging residential customers commercial rates.
