AN ACT REQUIRING MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC UTILITIES TO UTILIZE CORPORATE SECURITY DEPOSITS FOR THE WHOLESALE COST OF ELECTRICITY ONLY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to require municipal electric utilities to utilize corporate security deposits for the wholesale cost of electricity only.
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipal electric utilities to utilize corporate security deposits for the wholesale cost of electricity only.
