AN ACT CONCERNING ANAEROBIC DIGESTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16a of the general statutes be amended to extend an anaerobic digestion pilot program funded by the Connecticut Green Bank for additional years beyond the current program's expiration.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the state's pilot program for anaerobic digestion.
