	34	+	AN ACT ESTABLISHING CLASS I RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCE CLASSIFICATION FOR THE BRIDGEPORT THERMAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.

26	36		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

28		-	Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2015) The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority shall initiate a docket to consider the development of thermal energy transportation company facilities in the city of Bridgeport. The authority shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such docket to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to energy, on or before February 1, 2016.
