AN ACT FUNDING MUNICIPAL, STATE AND FEDERAL PROPERTY ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16-245n of the general statutes be amended to set aside ten per cent of the Clean Energy Fund to directly fund municipal, state and federal property energy efficiency projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To allocate funds toward governmental energy efficiency.
