AN ACT CONCERNING MICROGRIDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (5) of subsection (a) of section 16-243y of the general statutes be amended to revise the definition of microgrid to encourage and improve the likelihood of mircrogrid development.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage and improve development of microgrids.
