AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION COMPANY FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to cap electric distribution companies' residential fixed customer charge at not more than ten dollars per billing cycle.
Statement of Purpose:
To address high electricity costs and provide rate relief to consumers.
