AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM REVIEW AND INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE RELATING TO STATE PARKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement the recommendations of the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee concerning fiscal and resource-related matters at state parks.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist state parks to have the resources and fiscal security needed to continue to operate.
