AN ACT CONCERNING THE GROWING, CULTIVATION, PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING OF HEMP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 423 of the general statutes be amended to provide the Commissioner of Agriculture with authority to permit the growing, cultivation, production and processing of hemp.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the growing, cultivation, production and processing of hemp in the state.
