AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE COST EFFECTIVENESS OF ADMINISTRATING VARIOUS STATE TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to identify state taxes that cost more for the state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains in revenue received from the imposition of the tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to identify state taxes that cost more for the state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains in revenue received from the imposition of the tax.
