AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY REGARDING POWDERED ALCOHOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to undertake a study of the physical and psychological effects of powdered alcohol and make recommendations regarding the regulation or banning of powdered alcohol in this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the physical and psychological effects of powdered alcohol.
