AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF DEBT-FREE FINANCING PLANS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Office of Higher Education study debt-free financing plans for higher education in this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that higher education is affordable to Connecticut residents.
