AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY REGARDING DIGITIZING INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION'S EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the technology, cost, reliability and feasibility of adding each institution of higher education's and private occupational school's emergency response plan created pursuant to section 10a-55a of the general statutes to a software program that could be accessed by designated first responders and state emergency management officials.
Statement of Purpose:
To explore ways to utilize infrastructure databases.
