AN ACT CONCERNING AFFORDABLE HOUSING MANDATES FOR MUNICIPALITIES BASED ON POPULATION SIZE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to create different affordable housing mandates for municipalities over one hundred thousand in population and municipalities under one hundred thousand in population.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote responsible growth among state municipalities.
