AN ACT CONCERNING EXEMPTIONS FOR MUNICIPALITIES FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS PROCEDURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to decrease the ten per cent threshold of affordable housing dwelling units that will exempt municipalities from the affordable housing appeals procedure.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the percentage of affordable dwelling units that exempt a municipality from the affordable housing appeals procedure.
