AN ACT CONCERNING CREDIT FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUILT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide that senior housing will be counted as affordable housing for the purpose of determining whether a municipality's housing stock includes ten per cent affordable housing units.
Statement of Purpose:
To include senior housing as affordable housing for the purpose of determining whether a municipality is providing ten per cent affordable housing.
