2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 815j of the general statutes be amended to provide that any party to a family court proceeding may videotape a court proceeding in which he or she participates, unless an opposing party in the proceeding states on the record his or her opposition to such videotaping.
