| 28 | 28 | That chapter 700 of the general statutes be amended to provide that when an insured motorist makes a claim for loss or damage occurring on state property and the state is at fault for such loss or damage, the state shall also be responsible for paying the cost of any premium increase incurred by the insured motorist as a result of making the claim. | |
